Christmas Spending

I'll need a few more months before I have enough records to make some sense of our spending. However, I can say our December was one of the lowest on record. In China, Christmas is a minor holiday -- store merchants might put some decorations up but otherwise, you would have no idea it was the holiday season. So we ended spending about $100 to host a party, $20 for a fake tree and $20 total for gifts for kids who showed up at the party.

We won't get off so lightly for Chinese New Year though.
